CartLock is developed and operated by Logik Vorsprung Technologies. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through transparent practices.

Information We Collect

CartLock collects only the minimal data necessary to enforce checkout validation rules:

• Shop identification (Shopify myshopify domain and Shop ID) to associate settings with your account.
• App configuration settings (minimum spend thresholds, custom error text, and preferred currency symbol) stored securely in Shopify metafields.

Information We Do Not Collect

CartLock operates natively via Shopify Functions. We do not store, track, or sell customer personal data, buyer checkout details, payment credentials, or customer order histories.

Data Storage & Security

All app configuration is stored natively on Shopify servers using Shopify Metafields. Authentication sessions are handled securely using encrypted session tokens.
